Elizabeth Yi, PhD
Founding Partner and Scientific Strategy Lady
We’ve yet to find an area of science that Liz doesn’t get excited about. She loves to dig in deep and be inspired by the promise of learning something new.
After training as a scientist at UCLA, Liz joined the Global Medical Affairs group at Baxter before diving into the glamorous world of healthcare marketing. Fifteen years later, she built the best-in-class team of medical strategists as an Associate Partner at one of the biggest medical agencies around before starting up Broth.
In her off-time, she manages to keep up with her family, which has more kids, hobbies, and chaos than you can count.
Ted Kossakowski

Despite the obvious challenge of being raised on Staten Island, Ted went from graphic artist to ECD of one of the largest healthcare advertising agencies before starting one of his own.
Ted loves to build brands, change minds, and move markets through great ideas. He has led countless creative teams to produce award-winning work. Ted thrives on turning high science into simple stories, especially in specialty and tech.
When not turning conventional thinking on its head with a creative visual approach, Ted is a big fan of MLB’s renowned Yankees and fantasy baseball’s equally renowned MadKowskis.
Doug Tischler, MA
Founding Partner and Creative Guy (Content)
A man of dubious tastes and diverse passions, Doug is probably the only person who can recite the words to every major opera and Mel Brooks movie.
With graduate degrees in English, French, and classics, Doug found medical writing to be the perfect marriage of his thirst for knowledge, nerdly love of data, and unique brand of creativity. He held leadership positions at several top healthcare agencies before joining his old partners in crime to start Broth. Doug has a penchant for pushing boundaries and an unnatural obsession with fungal diseases.
When not working, Doug can often be found listening to classical music or traveling (and sometimes both).
Meredith blends analytical precision with deep empathy to craft strategies that are as sharp as they are human. With experience spanning therapeutic areas and brand life cycles, she brings clarity and heart to everything she touches. Thoughtful, curious, and always tuned into the patient journey, she’s the strategic mind you want in the room and the one who never forgets who it’s all for.
With deep roots in client services, Shanley brings a well-rounded lens to agency operations. From process to finance to talent, she’s the force that keeps Broth running smoothly and scaling smartly. Always hands-on and on-mission, Shanley ensures that the agency delivers seamlessly and without ever losing its spark for doing meaningful, exciting work.
Allison has spent over 20 years in Account Management, turning complex challenges into measurable wins for brands and their teams. She's the kind of leader who’s both hands-on and high-level so she’s able to both steer the ship and stay involved in day-to-day work. Her sharp instincts allow her to build powerhouse teams that create standout work for HCP and patient audiences alike.
